My name is Sonya B. and I am the owner of Dr Holistic Healer. I am a clairvoyant, heyoka empath who receives divine prophetic dream messages. I discovered these gifts as I was being taken on a spiritual journey to close out a chapter in my life. With these gifts, I had to completely and utterly surrender to God's will. He was closing the doors in areas of my life that were no longer of service to my highest and greatest good. And by doing so, he eventually revealed to me that I had healing abilities that could help people. God told me that this brand-new chapter in my life was going to be totally different from anything I'd ever known. In order to start this new chapter, He put me through a healing process that allowed me to heal from the inside out. That was by no means an easy task because I wasn't in control of things like I was used to being. I am now in a place where I have learned to go with the flow of the universe, trust God, and expect the unexpected in life. My journey has allowed me to understand my worth, stand in my power, break generational cycles, and truly be in a state of self-acceptance.

 

My spiritual journey was about experiencing the "The Dark Night of the Soul."  I experienced many things during that time; one being facing my fears. I had to cleanse my mind, body, soul, and spirit from any negative habits and fears that I had been using as defense mechanisms from my childhood. The Divine wanted me to get rid of any false masks that I was wearing and release the baggage that was weighing me down so I could step into my true power! Most importantly, I had to learn to be gentle with myself in my healing process.

 

Through my journey, I also came to understand a few things. While offering healing services to others is a part my of life’s purpose, I realized I couldn’t help others until I healed myself first. I had to recognize and feel my pain in order to heal my pain. All of this allowed me to reach a place of empowerment. Now more than ever, I truly understand the importance of self-love and creating healthy boundaries. Because of this journey, I am here to be a guiding light to others who would like to get to know themselves on a deeper level and take back their power. So many people have been hurt because of trauma or pain and it has been stored in their DNA across multiple lifetimes. Now is the time for souls to start the healing process so that hurt people can stop hurting other people. 

 

Because of the things I've experienced and the knowledge I've acquired, I am now helping people through Reiki Treatments, assisting moms in the labor and delivery room as a Birthing Doula, and offering Personal Consultant services and Reiki Training classes. I can finally say that I am doing what I was meant to do in this chapter of my life!
